Yuba River Inn Guest Policies

PAYMENT
Payment in full via check or credit card is accepted at time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Yuba River Inn accepts cancellations with a 15 day notice prior to check in. See exceptions*. Credit card refunds take 7-10 days to process. If you have any problems, please contact us.

*NO CANCELLATIONS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR OTHER EVENTS, INCLUDING PERSONAL EVENTS WHICH ARE UNCONTROLLABLE BY THE YUBA RIVER INN - NO EXCEPTIONS.

*NO CANCELLATIONS DURING SPECIAL EVENT PERIODS, I.E. DOWNIEVILLE CLASSIC CAR SHOW OR OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS IN THE AREA - NO EXCEPTIONS.

*NO CANCELLATIONS DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

*CANCELLATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS PAID BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED, LESS A 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE IF NOTIFICATION IS PROVIDED A MINIMUM OF 15 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN DATE.

*CANCELLATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS PAID BY CASH OR CHECK WILL BE REFUNDED AT 100% IF NOTIFICATION IS PROVIDED A MINIMUM OF 15 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN DATE.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome, maximum of 2 per cabin: $11/night
No pet may be left unattended in a cabin at any time.
Pets must be leashed while on the Yuba River Inn property.
Please clean up after your pets.

DAMAGE POLICY
Guests will be responsible for all damages to property at the Yuba River Inn, including cabins, cabin contents, common areas and damage caused by pets.
